Attention Windows 98 users:
Under Windows 98 the user interiface is different with each WiFi Card manufactuer. In principle they are similar to the procedures below.

The Icons for wireless cards appear differently.

 

Windows XP SP2:

When in one of our serviced locations, right click your wireless card icon in the tray:

 

Select "View available Wireless networks". 

 

Select the site named "BVIMarineWiFi.com"

Click "Connect"

This will connect you to the network and assign an IP address. The computer icon in the system tray will light up.

Next, click on your Internet Browser and when the page comes up, follow the on-screen directions. You can sign up or if you already have an account you can login. You can also recharge your account on this page when time runs out.

Please Note: If you have your homepage set to "Blank" you will will not see the "sign-on screen". Just try to get on another web site and the sign-on screen will appear.

You must always connect to BVIMarineWiFi.com AND SIGN IN before using any internet or mail programs.
